Pleasant View Heights is Pelican Lake's newest community, overlooking the southeast corner of the lake, in southern Manitoba. The property is located just an hour southeast of Brandon, 2 hours southwest of Winnipeg, and 20 minutes north of the US border. Nearby communities include Killarney, Ninette and Belmont. Pelican Lake is the largest navigable body of water in southwestern Manitoba. It measures 14 miles by 1½ miles and is part of the Pembina River System

Located adjacent to the community is the Pleasant Valley Golf Club. This scenic 18 hole course will prove challenging for all levels of golfers.
